Ordering process

Do I need a prescription to order?

You do not need an existing prescription to use our service. We offer a free consultation process which is reviewed by one of our prescribers who will issue a private prescription (for all eligible patients).

Is there a prescription free?

Dr Felix charges a small prescription fee on all our medications; however, we do not charge prescription fees for any of our STI tests. Instead of a high flat rate like the NHS, we offer cheaper fees based on the total cost of your order.

Will my GP be informed of my treatment?

If you wish us to notify your GP then this can be done on request. Although it is recommended to keep your doctor informed of the medication you are taking, this is completely optional and we will never inform your GP without your consent.
