Levitra is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction. Levitra is one brand name of a drug that also goes by the names of Staxyn and Vivanza (in India and Italy respectively). Generic Levitra (Vardenafil) is also available.
Common side effects may include back pain, dizziness, flushing, headache, migraine, muscle pain, nasal congestion, nausea, indigestion, visual disturbances and vomiting.
Uncommon side effects include drowsiness, breathing difficulties, nosebleeds, high or low blood pressure, red and watering eyes, heart palpitations, sensitivity to light and increased heart rate.
In rare cases, Levitra can also cause anxiety, facial swelling, hypersensitivity, priapism (prolonged erection), rash, fainting and others.
